Creative seeks a Program Associate for the Communities in Transition Division.  The Program Associate (PA) works under regular supervision and performs a wide variety of responsible assignments within their project area by serving as a member of a Headquarters (HQ)-based team. The PA provides regular project backstopping support, travels internationally for field projects and reconnaissance activities and helps to ensure the successful and compliant implementation of assigned projects.  The Program Associate serves as the primary financial, contractual, and program backstop for a specific project field team.  This position works with senior project management staff to solve potential problems through professional project management and backstopping skillsets.  The Program Associate provides operational, research and logistical support to project staff and consultants, and contributes drafting of relevant programmatic documents and reports.  As part of the HQ team, the Program Associate works closely with the field team, and, as needed, contributes to technical aspects of program design and implementation.  The Program Associate also assists with business development and proposal activities, as opportunities arise.   Reporting and Supervision:   Program Associates report to a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager and may have a dotted line to the Project Director.

The Associate Director, International - Human Resources (ADI -HR) will work closely with, the Senior Director of Human Resources (SDHR) and the HR Senior Management Team to provide strategic, operational, transactional, pragmatic leadership and HR support to Creative’s project offices worldwide with a focus on HR policy, compliance, tactical communication, employee relations and workforce management.     The Associate Director, International HR will partner across HR and Creative’s other business and program units to provide solution based, employee/employer friendly approaches to improving and resolving HR and other related international HR challenges that arise.  This position will ensure that HR best practices and initiatives are effectively developed, customized, and implemented across all locations. Creative seeks a Senior Project Director (SPD) for the Education for Development Division. The SPD will be responsible for performing specialized and complex work within the project area and may coach or mentor others while overseeing various team project implementation efforts.  Senior Project Directors assume responsibilities for the management of complex projects typically of $35M+ in funding, depending upon variables such as the complexity, projected timeline of the projects, and geographic location of the work.  The SPD has a key role in the technical, financial, compliance and accountability for the performance of assigned projects.  The SPD supervises Project Directors and other project management staff to ensure quality programming, and achievement of financial targets and contractual outcomes.  The SPD travels internationally to perform many of the responsibilities of the role and serves as a leader in new business initiatives within the assigned portfolio or geography.     Reporting & Supervision:  SPDs report to a Director, Portfolio Management, with a dotted line to Practice Area Directors, as needed.  SPDs supervise Project Directors and other project management staff.  NOTE:  Different projects require different levels of project management leadership skills based on their strategic importance, project profile and complexity, specificity, scope, and geographic location.  Creative formally sanctions, and reserves the right to modify, the skill and position level(s) needed for each project.         Primary Responsibilities:  - Oversees assigned Project Directors and project management staff;  - Ensures that Projects under SPD oversight achieve contractual deliverables with technical distinction, meet fiscal targets, are well planned and resourced; - Represents Creative before projects; communicates regularly with client representatives, i.e. CORs and AORs;   - Tracks all aspects of project performance; oversees project implementation of approved activities, monitoring of timelines, tracking budgets, and supporting subcontract performance and financial management;   - Resolves issues in project start-up and close-down; manages project backstopping, key field personnel support, consultant agreements; processing of project finance transactions, approval and handling of all travel and related logistics, and grant management implementation;  - Oversees compliance of project-related documentation including work plans, staff records, communications, and transactions ensuring they are properly documented; - Leads pertinent new business development endeavors; contributes to proposal preparation in technical/geographic areas closely connected to projects in the portfolio;  - Communicates with senior management on matters of importance, including risks and opportunities;  - Oversees the production of project reports, and other material such as success stories, interventions, and innovations;  - Participates in project learning and data-driven adaptation; and Serves as a liaison with Creative’s support units, including HR, Finance & Contracts, Procurement, Field Operations, Communications, etc.

The BD Manager is expected to be a lead contributor to Creative’s growth strategy and worldwide impact, with particular focus on our education portfolio.  Representing the Education for Development (ED) Division and working closely with Regional Business Development Directors in the Business Development Division, you will be responsible for developing, tracking and managing a robust pipeline of focused opportunities that align Creative’s vision for expanding our global education strategy with our business objectives. This position will be the primary liaison between the ED Division and the Business Development divisions. You will help spearhead efforts to ensure the ED Division’s growth plan is well informed, responsive to client priorities, are underpinned by a communication and marketing strategy and ultimately serve to expand our capacity to support children around the world through increased equitable access to quality education.     You will work strategically with senior BD Leadership, ED leadership and external partners to develop and implement strategies and plans for successful opportunity capture. In conjunction with Regional Business Development Directors, you will coordinate resources needed to establish capture teams, create viable win strategies, and ensure divisional readiness for responding to proposals. This includes collaborating with the subject matter experts, proposal teams, as well as contracts, pricing, and talent acquisition staff.You will build and strengthen relationships with counterparts across the division to promote company collaboration and leverage corporate cross cutting capacity.   Reporting & Supervision: The position reports to the Senior Vice President of Education for Development.
